- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“When working with a new customer, I start by scheduling a free consultation (either virtually or in person) to understand their specific needs—whether it’s bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, payroll, or business consulting. From there, I review their current financial situation, discuss their goals, and recommend the best solutions tailored to their business or personal finances. I make sure everything is explained clearly so they feel confident about the process. Once we agree on a plan, I handle the setup and maintain regular communication to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately. My goal is to make the process easy, stress-free, and fully transparent for each client.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have a business background where I got firsthand experience for the need of accounting help when our old bookkeeper got over a year behind. Our team has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with professional experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial consulting for both individuals and businesses. We stay up to date on tax law changes and accounting best practices through continuing professional education, so our clients always receive accurate and reliable service
