Wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars because this business should get it! Need to shout out for Daniel, Orly in the office, Josh on the job site and Rudy as the Ops Manager. We had a pest control situation and a pending sale of the home that required complete removal and replacement of all the 40 year old insulation. Everyone at Attic Construction was unbelievably prompt, responsive, efficient and communicated so quickly. Hubs and I said to each other we wished all the trades we were dealing with could learn from this company! You can get estimates from other companies like we did but you'll pay more and won't get better. If we ever have another home that needs insulation, I have this company's phone number saved as a fav!

There is a reason they have an overal 4.9 rating. I cannot say enough good things about the attic project they completed. Liron, my advisor took a lot! of time with me to organize the project, answering all my questions patiently, making suggestions- Never overselling me, wanting me to spend my money wisely. The crew, directed by Milton removed old cellulose insulation, filled any holes in the attic, sprayed my rafters for any mold and mold deterrence and used both blown fiberglass and batting where needed to decrease the old cellulose debris from coming into the house. They are great communicators! Heads up calls they were on their way, Milton always patiently answering all/any additional questions I had. He wanted my job done perfectly! He was always polite and available- even working 11-12 hours days in my attic. I encourage you to contact them re: any work you might need in your attic!!

They did an excellent job of removing my 20 year old insulation, air sealing. rodent proofing and reinstalling my insulation. In spite of the 105 degree heat. Will recommend them highly to everyone.

I don't write many reviews, but Attic Construction has absolutely earned this one!We recently had a full attic remediation completed, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from beginning to end.Liron was our first point of contact, and he was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel pressured. What impressed me most was that he under-promised and over-delivered. In today's world rare. Tyler was the lead installer, and I simply cannot say enough good things about him. He was punctual, professional, hardworking, warm, and clearly takes pride in his work. It was obvious from the moment he arrived that he cared about doing the job well, not just getting it done. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Throughout the entire project, communication was clear, timelines were honored, and every commitment that was made was kept. In fact, they exceeded what they originally promised. The work was completed efficiently, the area was left clean, and the final result was outstanding. As someone who values integrity, craftsmanship, and follow-through, I was deeply impressed.Attic Construction has earned our trust and highest recommendation. If I had to do this project all over again, I would hire them without hesitation. My sincere thanks to Liron, Tyler, and the entire team for a job exceptionally well done.
