Earlier this year, James did a complete overhaul of our website. At that time, he offered much expertise and advice on how to improve our site. Not just the things one can see, but the total arrangement and location of things that were important. It has now been many months, and James still is quick to answer my questions and provide insight. He is in touch with me weekly with reports of activity to our site. During the past 15 years that I have had my website, I have had it built and revised many times by different people. However, without a doubt, James was the most thorough and detailed and offered the most and best advice and expertise on what would be best!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Unless you've spoken to the provider and they've asked enough to truly understand your goals, don't rely on a quote. It's unrealistic for either side to expect accuracy if the scope of work is not fully outlined and agreed upon prior to developing a bid. Ask questions and expect questions to be asked of you. Information is key.
