- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer speaking packages, coaching/consulting services and self-study programs to fit most any budget. We should talk to outline your needs and objectives and construct a package that satisfies them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For business consulting gigs, I conduct an initial session to outline goals and objectives and uncover current challenges to achieving those objectives. For speaking engagements, I interview a few key ATTENDEES in advance to deepen my understanding of the audience so i can tailor my talk and speak with the MEETING PLANNER and/or EXECUTIVE HOST to learn about THEIR goals and objectives for participants of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifelong learner. I am always reading something, studying online, learning new ways to be more productive, earn more, be more strategic. Right now, I'm listening to CDs as I drive. Currently I'm alternating between learning Spanish and listening to Law of Attraction principles. I have a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University (Madam VP, Kamala Harris' alma mater) and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. I spent decades in Corporate America, primarily in HR leadership roles in some of the top brands in the country like Sears corporate (when it WAS a big deal), Continental Illinois National Bank (now Bank of America), Kraft Foods, DreamWorks, Apple, Sega, and a handful of Silicon Valley startups. I've run a profitable business consuling firm since May 2000. I've taught business courses for Maricopa County Community College District since ~2004.
