- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service price is dependent upon many factors, so there is no standard pricing system. Please contact directly to set up a free consultation to discuss the needs of the organization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with all potential new customers in person. It is through this meeting that I determine what the needs of the organization are, and how best (if at all) I can serve them. At that time, a proposal for scope of work and contract price will be established. I have clients that range from remote only to 20 hours in an office setting, so I am flexible with my schedule to meet the needs of each of my clients. I also have a wonderful associate who helps me with the bookkeeping side of my clients work when necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my MBA with a concentration in Accounting as well as a business management degree from the University of Ottawa. I am also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor with experience using all Intuit products for over 10 years.
