Our air-conditioning in Phoenix went out in 115 on a weekend. Even though they were swamped, they promised us They would try to make it out the same day. And they did. DJ and Chris figured it out quickly and replaced the capacitor . They are our heroes!

Excellent. He checked the system when that was not the reason he was called. Because he checked the system he found a problem with the system and fixed it before the compressor went out. That is what I call taking care of your customer and going the extra mile. Thank you.

Phillip has a joy to work with! You can tell when someone likes their work and working with people - and he does. I have a standoffish rescue cat who doesn't trust people.
