I had Mr Cody from 1st Choice Plumbing and Insulation to service my 9yr old AC. Cody was quick and thorough on the inspection.
Because it was an older unit it did need the interior guts changed out, and the price wasn’t cut throat, reasonable for an older model. He had all the parts on hand to make for a smooth transaction. He cleaned up the area before leaving. Great job Cody, way to represent your brand.

Adam was amazing. He listened and answered all of my questions. He explained things thoroughly. When he was done with his inspections, he showed and explained to me all of the results. Adam made me feel comfortable and confident in his diagnosis. I would recommend this technician and this company to anyone looking for HVAC repairs.
When one of our HVAC units went out, it impacted multiple tenants and to make matters more challenging, it happened on a Sunday during the World Cup, when many HVAC companies were fully booked or unavailable until Monday.
While we may have paid a little more for emergency service, it was absolutely worth it. The team responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, secured the necessary parts the very same day, and had the system up and running before the day was over. Having a cool, comfortable home again instead of multiple frustrated tenants made the investment worthwhile.
A special thank you to Manny! He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kept us informed throughout the process. His customer service and commitment to getting the job done right did not go unnoticed.
