- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i have a minimum of $900. anything under one yard of concrete.. but i am always willing to work out a deal..pleas when requesting a quote please keep in mind that how confine the space is and possibly on using concrete pumps. meaning that if you have a slab i the back yard and there is a small gate you most likely need a concrete pump...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to hear what they need or want .. i like to see pictures first.. then schedule a visit. talk about the project and lay down some measurement, if they aren't sure of what they want
