Introduction: In early 2011, Fred Petti and Patti Briones decided to combine their practices and form Petti and Briones PLLC. At that time, Fred had over 20 years of experience in the white collar and administrative law arenas, nearly ten years as an asssistant United States attorney, and nearly as long as a partner at Lewis and Roca. Although Patti had been practicing for only a few years, she enjoyed over 20 years working as a compliance officer for several securities broker dealers.
