This crew was very hard-working, experienced with different types of demo, and ensured all the right demo was completed. They removed my soffits, bathrooms, and fireplace tile. The job was more than met the eye, and they adjusted and handled it all! I recommend this company.

After getting quotes from several other companies, we hired Molina Demolition & Contracting to remove a fiberglass pool. Jorge came out promptly to calculate an estimate, which seemed fair and reasonable. Throughout the course of the job, he stuck to that estimate and there were no surprises at the end.
He and his crew were professional, prompt, and thorough. They showed up when they said they would, worked diligently, and always cleaned up the area upon leaving. The entire project was completed within a week, including inspection and acquiring a permit, which they took care of. He and his crew were experts and we felt in good hands the entire time. We couldn't be happier with the end result. If you ever need anything like this done, I highly recommend this company.

Molina (Jorge) service was excellent! I had a major problem with bees in a brick wall that needed to be torn down. He called me on a Friday and the job was completed by Sunday morning. His communication and responsiveness was outstanding. Highly recommend Molina’s services.

This was a great experience! Their pricing was absolutely fair, and even with our horrible hot summer heat they continued to get the us taken care of no matter what. Would 10/10 recommend this company!
Wow! Mr Molina did an entire demolition on a property that i needed to get remodeled. First project was done Exactly when he said it was going to be completed. And at the cost that he promised. At that time he recommended something i didn't think i would need. But later on in the remodeling i realized i did need. He is an expert in what he does. His crew is on point and responsible with your property. Would highly recommend him. I will use him for future projects going forward. Thank you Mr Molina for all you and your crews hard work!
