FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The total cost of any case depends on the amount of work involved in resolving every issue. Clearly, contested cases are more expensive than than uncontested cases. Representation in most cases require an advance payment (retainer) of six hours of my hourly rate. After this retainer is depleted, the client will pay any attorney fees that exceed the retainer on a month-month basis.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New clients will meet with me for a free initial consultation. If a client decides to retain my services, there will be a Representation Agreement reviewed and signed along with the payment of the initial retainer. Once these two tasks are completed, work on your case will begin.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my undergraduate decree in Business Finance obtained from Arizona State and a Law Decree obtained in North Carolina.
