- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees may apply to jobs at far end of service area if cost of service doesn’t cover time/fuel required. (This is rare) Haircut and bath prices may vary slightly from Thumbtack's listed prices because of breeds, sizes and coat types ranging so much. Providing a photo of your pet along with their approximate weight in your first request can make the quoting process quicker and easier.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always the time to understand your pet's needs, preferences, and history before beginning any service. Whether it's discussing desired styles or addressing any concerns, we prioritize creating a comfortable environment for both you and your pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Melody, has certifications from Petco, PetSmart, Fear Free Pets, and American Red Cross Dog and Cat First Aid.
