I have been working with animals professionally for over thirty-five years. I am an animal nurse with built in compassion for pets. Our pet shop is a charity for a clinical pet rescue, therefor our costs are very reasonable. Tips are greatly appreciated as our groomers can keep them.

Leslie was fabulous. She answered all my questions (which were many) via text. She arrived on time and walked me through where and how she’d be washing my two rescue cats, whom I just adore. I feel like a new Mom 😂 Both kitty’s did not love the water; yet Leslie spoke to each of them, separately, with a soothing sweet voice to help calm them. I wonder if bringing something to help hold them in place would help? I will definitely use her services again. I was comforting to me to keep the kitty’s at home, as it’s a stressful event. Both kitty’s slept close to me that night and they are perky today! It’s like they feel better and know they look great strutting their clean coat.

Leslie came well prepared. She took her time with out 5 year old cat Molly who was matted so, so bad. She ended up not having to shave her and Molly looks great. I have included before and after photos.

Leslie did an absolutely wonderful job with our cat, Maya. During Maya’s haircut, Leslie would stop often to coax and comfort her and made sure she felt safe. Not only was the haircut great, but Leslie squeezed us into a busy schedule with pretty short notice, so we are also very thankful for that. We will definitely re-hire should the need arise again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dogs starting @ $45 & up to $85 or large dogs over 95#, all cats $65. Each pet over singular one will be discounted an additional $5 ( for second), $10 ( for third), $15( for fourth), $20 ( for fifth), $25 ( for sixth).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking what they want accomplished, how short the fur cut and if there are any special instructs or details that I need to know about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started my training as a kennel worker as a youngster I an animal hospital, moved up to becoming a bather, then a groomer, then an assistant and finally a technician. Since then, I received a formal education in animal technology @ Anthem College here in central Phoenix. Still work as an animal nurse here at a clinic rescue which I supported by our Pet Shoppe: Carreau’s Cattery.
