- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dogs starting @ $45 & up to $85 or large dogs over 95#, all cats $65. Each pet over singular one will be discounted an additional $5 ( for second), $10 ( for third), $15( for fourth), $20 ( for fifth), $25 ( for sixth).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking what they want accomplished, how short the fur cut and if there are any special instructs or details that I need to know about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started my training as a kennel worker as a youngster I an animal hospital, moved up to becoming a bather, then a groomer, then an assistant and finally a technician. Since then, I received a formal education in animal technology @ Anthem College here in central Phoenix. Still work as an animal nurse here at a clinic rescue which I supported by our Pet Shoppe: Carreau’s Cattery.
