RJ and Chris was a great help taking off our popcorn ceiling as well as painting. It was quick and efficient. One bedroom wall had this weird texture on it and they took it off so cleanly it looks like it was never there🎉. RJ also has good advice on everything. Ron was great! We got in touch pretty quickly and he ended coming over the next day to patch my ceiling. Totally wasn’t expected to get this job completed that fast, but extremely happy that I was. He was knowledgeable guy to talk to and helpful for other handyman advice.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and may have different factors determining the price. I will say I treat everyone the same no matter the size of the house or what side of town the house may be in.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll set up a time that works for both of us so I can view the project. I'll take a look at what needs to be done then I give an honest fair estimate. If everything is agreed on we pick a start date and get it done. Once I start I try to make my customers feel as comfortable as possible while I'm in their home & proving to them that they made the right decision by choosing me.
