Our installer had a family emergency literally when he arrived, before starting the job. I went back to Thumbtack and messaged Build-M. They came that SAME afternoon to install our kids’ playset on the SATURDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE!! Daniel and crew were amazing. I would have paid them twice the price for the way they showed up for us. Highly recommend!

Today Build M did an AWESOME job installing my gazebo. They (3 guys) even arrived early, and was quick with assembly/installation, and clean and tidy once completed. The guys were very nice and responsive with any questions. I will definitely use them again should I need something else done. I'll certainly refer them to friends. Thanks again guys!!

The Build-M crew is great to work with. The follow up, help with planning, and then getting the install done was so well timed/executed. I already am following up with some add-on services for our gazebo setup. The crew was really helpful in validating some key steps along the way, like anchor placement and positioning. The experience felt like the team was more concerned with me being happy as opposed to just getting the install done. Great job team!
