We contracted Rita to photograph the grand unveiling of our new brand at a trade show at the Convention Center, then our hospitality event later that evening. She was easy to reach and responded quickly. We went over all of the logistics and created a timeline. A day or two before the event, we confirmed all the details. She arrived early and was ready to go. She took great photos of our new booth and very nice team photo. From our CEO's speech to the ribbon and cutting and opening reception, she took hundreds of great photos from all angles.
We moved on to the hospitality event where Rita did an amazing job especially in getting our somewhat photo-shy guests to take hundreds of posed, fun and even crazy (in a super fun way) group photos. She captured folks bowling, shooting pool playing video games, dancing, etc. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Her 5.0 rating is well-deserved.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for work that entails multiple days in the case of conferences/conventions or in the example of my headshot services the more people per session the greater the discount per person. The best way to be sure you are seeing the correct quote for your service needs is to send me all the details and I will be happy to reply with a custom quote. Thumbtack only allows for very static/rigid type pricing when quoting so it is worth your time to reach out and seek clarity. Just keep in mind that volume and/or more time needed equate to greater discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I seek clarity and details from each client to be sure we cover and provide the images and deliverables you are expecting. For example, I send preparation tip sheets for all my headshot clients. I can easily run with your events/conference/convention with or without a shot list to give the best coverage of your event. I am very much about communication and clarity prior to arrival on site so there are no missed opportunities or surprises.
