- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing but do make exceptions to those needing a service for an upcoming event but are unable to afford it at the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is done in order to determine what is wanted and whether or not it can be accomplished. Once that is established, I then explain the process from start to finish so they know what to expect including a time line to make sure we are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Maricopa Beauty College and earned my Cosmotology license in 2009. I go to different Hair events held in the area to keep up on the more recent trends.
