What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free onsite design and pricing consultations, and will assist in obtaining permits. We also professionally clean all affected work areas before completion of your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've met and agreed upon your scope of project and design ideas, we produce your renderings in-house and begin the materials selection process with you. Once all materials are selected and approved, we will begin the demo and prep work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed contractor, experienced project managers and designers. Our crew works for us and communication is always our focus!
