Gavin is very responsive, up front, and has great ideas. I needed a bathroom remodel, but I had to go out of state for a couple of weeks. I felt comfortable enough to leave it in his hands. I must say I was very pleased about what I came home to!! His workers always cleaned up at the end of the day and even stayed late a few times to get stuff done. I like the work they did, and I'm having them do all the finish work after I move out so I can rent out my townhouse. Again, I'll be out of state, but he keeps me updated on what's happening and sends pictures. I would highly recommend them!!

I'm super happy with my bathroom upgrade from Granada Builders!! Gavin and his team show up when they say they will, work hard to get the job done in a timely manner (in my case, they exceeded expectations and completed the work in half the time that was originally quoted), and deliver exceptional results. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gavin, Carlos and the team. From our first interaction to the last (for this specific project!), it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. While I know the team was working on a number of projects, they always made us feel like ours was the top priority. The team was thorough, efficient and walked us through each step. We ran into a number of issues with our old plumbing system and they walked us through solutions and were upfront about pricing. We’ve had experiences in the past, where a project has started then stalled and the process was drawn out. Not the case here. Carlos was at our house for 6 days a week for 2 weeks — he worked incredibly hard and was so gracious especially the days that our whole family was home (likely in his way). We received a number of bids for this project and Granada Builders was very competitive. What truly set them apart was how communicative, transparent they were — they truly felt like a partner throughout this process ensuring that we were happy every step of the way. We feel so lucky that we found Granada Builders on our first reno project — looking forward to partnering with them for years to come.

I was looking to do a carport extension for our mid century modern house. Although I ultimately did not move forward with the project (with any contractor), Gavin was very professional and thoughtful, had done his homework ahead of time, and gave me several ideas on how the project might work out. Definitely keeping him in mind for future projects that we consider.
