- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to discussion when it comes to my pricing. We reach an agreed upon price and that price should not exceed the agreed upon price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first consult with the customer about the job in question. I would get as many details as possible whether it be through a home visit or through video chat or pictures. After this I would assess the job and provide the customer with the service quote. After the customer pays a down payment for materials on the service quote the service agreement starts and I would then consult with the customer on the best time and day to start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of experience in the field as well as 2 years as a construction laborer apprentice.
