The best place to start is to have our team of professionals conduct a $99 home energy checkup. As part of the checkup, a member of our team (a Building Performance Institute -- BPI -- certified auditor) will visit your home and perform a detailed audit of all the energy-related aspects of your home. APS and SRP designed this program to encourage homeowners to make the necessary improvements to become more energy efficient. At the conclusion of the checkup, we will explain what improvements are suggested, and we will explain the utility rebates and federal and state tax incentives that are available to help with the cost of the needed improvements. We are not a high-pressure sales organization. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals using the most cost-effective strategy while maximizing utility rebates and federal and state tax credits. We are listed on APS and SRP as a qualified home performance with energy star contractor, performing rebated energy audits, insulation, duct sealing, sun screens and solar PV.
