Juan did a great job with my project. We requested a bid to remove some storage sheds and to install several concrete patios. His bid was great and he completed the job within a week. I am going to ask Juan to assist in future projects.

Although we had a bit of trouble getting together in the first place, Juan removed the shrubs and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. He was punctual on the day of the work, professional and polite. I would hire him again.

Juan quickly provided a quote and was available the same day to pick up a load of broken up concrete and bricks in our alleyway. He arrived when he said he would and the job was completed quickly. My only issue with Juan is that he quoted me for the job, I sent him images to ensure he was comfortable with the quote (I wasn't able to attache pictures with my first request) but I had no response. However, when he arrived he felt that there was more than the pictures showed. He asked for an additional $20 - my sense is that he would have asked for more had I not had several additional quotes.
