- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial telephone call to assess legal needs and determine if I am a good fit for you. I can give you an estimate of fees. Then, we set up an initial consultation to review contracts, outline the process for something and create a to do list with estimates for legal fees and costs. I like to outline your options, advantages and disadvantages, risks and potential fees and costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JD from Gonzaga University in 1982. Bachelor of Science in FINANCE from University of Denver in 1980. I am highly sensitive to the economics and financial structure of all deals.
