I originally found this business under the Alcatraz Locksmith name, so I wanted to leave a review here as well.The morning after my original service call, I called Todd to ask if he could help me get a second car key made and remove my missing key from my cars memory so it would no longer work. He didnt hesitate. He told me hed be able to take care of everything that day so I could finally put this whole ordeal behind me.I also had no idea an independent locksmith could make and program a new car key while removing a missing one from the vehicles memory. If Craig hadnt mentioned it the night before, I would have assumed the dealership was my only option.Todd asked if I could come by the shop, which is conveniently located just south of Central and Camelback. Since I was able to go to them, I even avoided paying a service call fee.Once I arrived, everything was quick and easy. Todd cut the new key, programmed it, and removed the old key from my cars memory so it could no longer be used. It was the last step in securing everything after someone stole my wallet and keys over the holiday weekend.Then, because my week apparently wasnt finished with me yet, my car battery decided to die while Todd was programming the new key. He got the car jumped, finished everything up, and made sure I was back on the road before I left.One thing I also have to mention is the price. I expected Id have to go through the dealership, but Todds pricing was significantly more affordable than what I was expecting. If you need a replacement key or key programming, do yourself a favor and get a quote from Grand Central Locksmith before automatically heading to the dealer.Between the emergency lockout, rekeying my house, and getting a new car key programmed, they turned one of the most stressful weeks Ive had into something that was handled quickly and professionally. Todd, Craig, and everyone I interacted with were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me through a stressful situation. If I ever need a locksmith again, Grand Central Locksmith will be my first call, and Ill happily recommend them to anyone who needs one.

This is where you need to go for your locksmithing! I lost the key fob for my truck and Todd was able to get me back up and running in no time at a price about half of the dealer. Professional and approachable. Good guy.
