Philip at H&S Locksmith is absolutely great. He is very knowledgeable and professional and he really cares about doing a job well. I wanted to rekey all of the locks in the home, but Philip noted that the locks were damaged and rekeying was not the best option for long term safety. We opted to purchase an entire new lock package for the home and feel secure that we have new locks that will last for years to come. Philip was punctual, responsive, and communicated effectively about the order. If we need a locksmith, we will always call H&S Locksmith.

Had an issue with a deadbolt. Philip contacted me and gave me a quote. I setup an appointment and he came out and assessed the situation and some possible solutions. He explained it very thoroughly and was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. Would highly recommend and use H&S again

Philip was great to work with. He responded quickly, was available the same day, and showed up right on time. I needed a Yale smart lockinstalled on my front door because the existing lock was barely usable, and he was able to get it installed quickly and correctly. He clearly knew what he was doing with the lock itself, made sure the strike plate was set up properly, and the lock has been working really well since the installation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing does and will depend on the work, parts, and any troubleshooting necessary to repair, install or replace locks, and keys. Work Varys as well as products we use or is available. We offer student discounts, military discounts and first responders, for home and auto. You will have to contact me for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the needs of the customer and coming up with a solution.
For everyone’s security we do ask for ID Before rekeying any household or vehicles and turning the keys over. In the business for security! So we need to know it’s your property 👍🏻
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Residential Commercial Locksmith training courses and auto-locksmith training. Management of Local locksmith locations in Salt Lake City branch and management and Apprenticeship in Nashville Tennessee for Locksmiths.
