Andrew was excellent to work with from start to finish. He responded almost immediately after I reached out, communicated clearly, and was able to fit me in quickly between jobs. The issue turned out to require a full handle replacement, and he happened to have the exact match in his van, which made the whole process seamless. He completed the work efficiently and even sent a video afterward showing everything was installed and working properly. Really appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. Highly recommend.

Locksmith Surgeon responded quickly to my request, quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a reasonable solution but then saw an adjacent problem and fixed both of them at the same time. Though I wasn't present for the repair, LS kept in touch by phone and text. I was very pleased with the work quality, professionalism and responsiveness.
