Andrew was great! He knew the problem with our entry lock right off and had a replacement part with him. He even helped me fix the door's hinges that had been bothering me for a year -- even though it had nothing to do with the lock. We would never hesitate to have him back again if needed.

Andrew (owner) replaced our home front door lock set. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were quick to respond to my text inquiry and arrived at my home within a couple of hours. The lock assembly was removed and the various parts explained to me. I could see exactly why a replacement was necessary. I did not want to change the design of the handle. Andrew knows his industry well and was able to locate the exact same part. And he re-keyd the new lock so I could use my existing keys. I am very satisfied and definitely recommend Locksmith Surgeons.
