The locksmith surgeon was amazing. We’ve had our front screen door without a lock for the last 3 1/2 years. We’ve had a handful of locksmiths come check it out plus Home Depot & Lowe’s who all told us our door lock isn’t made anymore and that we’d need to replace our whole door. He also thought the same and he left. About thirty minutes to an hour go by and I got a call back from him that he found the parts in Gilbert and that if we wanted he’d come test them out on our door and if not there would be no extra charge. 3 1/2 years later we finally have a lock on our screen door. The fact that we thanked him the first time and he was on his way but about an hour later called back with the parts shows his hard work and dedication to making his customers happy!

Locksmith Surgeon responded quickly to my request, quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a reasonable solution but then saw an adjacent problem and fixed both of them at the same time. Though I wasn't present for the repair, LS kept in touch by phone and text. I was very pleased with the work quality, professionalism and responsiveness.

Andrew was on time and very professional! He installed a smart WiFi lock for my front door. He did it quick and fast! Would definitely hire again for any other jobs or if I ever lock my keys in my car!!
