My pricing is transparent and competitive. I provide upfront estimates based on the type of service, lock, or vehicle, so there are no surprises. Final pricing may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the job, parts needed, or time of service (such as late night or emergency calls). There are no hidden fees, and I always explain the cost before starting work. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or simple services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer contacts me with details about their lock or key issue. I ask a few quick questions to understand the situation and provide an estimated price. Once confirmed, I schedule the service or arrive as soon as possible for urgent jobs. On-site, I assess the problem, explain the solution, complete the work efficiently, and test everything to ensure it works properly before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and real-world experience in locksmith services, including residential, commercial, and automotive work. I specialize in car key cutting, transponder and smart key programming, lockouts, lock changes, and ignition-related services. I stay up to date with modern vehicle security systems and locksmith tools to ensure safe and reliable service for my customers.
