If there were ten stars I would give them to Erin. She went over and above. I never met her, just took a chance and it was worth every penny. She was signed on to do my makeup and hair for my wedding along with the hair of my three granddaughters. It was a crazy hectic day but she was so calm and just such a sweetheart it went a long way to keeping me calm. I had paid in advance the agreed upon amount but when he was doing my granddaughters hair each of them also asked for light makeup, she didn't pull me aside to say that would cost extra she just happily did it for them. When my sister came in she asked her to do false eyelashes and same thing Erin just happily did it for her. My makeup was PHENOMENAL. She is a true artist. She took her time, fixed my lipstick after I messed it up. I was barely around when she left and it was a couple of days later that I sent a tip with a bit extra for all that she did. She was a class act all the way. I am not a person who knows much about applying makeup myself, but she made me look, well, as my fiancé said.. ravishing. As I walked down the aisle his eyes popped open at the sight of me ! the pictures are amazing of us together and I will forever be grateful to her for making me look so beautiful on my special day. Erin is super nice and professional. She made lots of small talk so the appointment wasn't awkward, but was professional enough so it didn't seem over-friendly. The makeover was an amazing experience, even if you don't know what you want to do (like at all) she still has very good ideas on what would fit your image and personality! Her makeovers don't make you into another person, rather they enhance how you already look. I also got my hair done, somewhere between casual and formal, but still effortless and pretty. I often hear how it's harder to make something look natural and good rather than bold and good, so I can reassure you that Erin absolutely nails everything. It's definitely worth the price! I had a lot of my friends comment how amazing I looked!

Erin was awesome! She did our hair and makeup for a 25th anniversary party. My sister has tight curly hair and Erin straightened it and threw in some big curls. She looked amazing! Erin pinned flowers in our hair and did an amazing job with big smoky eyes and awesome lashes. It was a great experience and she is worth ever penny!

Erin was AWESOME! She made sure I REALLY L.O.V.E.D. how I looked! She arrived on time and got me ready on time! I went to a friend's wedding and I looked amazing! I was ready by 3 pm and home by 12 am - I still looked AMAZING! The makeup and curls still looked perfect after 9 hours of fun and dancing! Thank you!

Erin and her team were great. I was looking for hair/makeup for my wedding in Sedona and her prices and quality of work were more than fair. Her team was excellent and kept right on track to be finished right on time for pictures. All of my gals were very happy with their hair and makeup and all the ladies accommodated everyone's requests (I had 12 people needing hair and makeup done before our wedding). Hiring someone in Sedona was very expensive and Erin was half the price with no sacrifice on services. She came up to Sedona without any hesitation or issues. I was having difficulty with what to do with my fine hair and she accommodated me with hair trials and working with my vision. In the end, it turned out perfectly. Thank you, again, for being a part of our wedding day and being so graceful and accommodating for us!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is pretty low and definitely reasonable for how long I have been doing hair and makeup. People are very budget-conscious so I try and work with them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new customer I always ease into it starting out a little more natural and then keep adding and communicate with them letting them know what I am thinking and doing... and showing them and mirror so we are on same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a really good cosmetology school... Carsten Beauty Institute. I have trained with Mac makeup, Nars, Aveda, Smashboxx, Bare Minerals, Chanel, etc. I have taught hair and makeup classes to other stylist and artists. I have also attended many classes for additional training.
