- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model is flexible, and based upon various factors that may be in the mix depending upon whether we are discussing web design, online marketing, video creation, social media marketing or software development.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a process whereby we first obtain the information necessary to properly understand your business, your specific expectations for the work we are providing for you, and your desired results. With that in view, we create the project in our backend database, assign the project manager and begin the work. If more content, images or other media is needed, we provide the means for you to easily upload that so we can leverage your resources in helping improve your online visibility.

Michael, the owner of EdgeTech, has been in the tech arena for over 20 years, and has been working with clients from a wide array of business types. Our team is continually pursuing ongoing education in web design, online marketing trends and business development so as to be able to better help our clients with growing their own businesses.
