Melody IS Godsent to my baby boy Sunny. He had some serious mats and needed a nail trim and shave. I looked forever for a mobile groomer because of my disabilities and Melody accepted my service request without hesitation. She was very responsive with communication, answered any/all my questions. She was gentle and kind to my pup and took amazingly great care of him. I cannot tell you the change in my boy, with this Arizona heat, his shave makes him happier to go outside. She saved us in many ways because my granddaughter developed an allergy and after Melody took control of the situation, my granddaughters allergies subsided.
I have already recommended her to family and friends and will be in contact with her to service another family member. I cannot say enough about Melody and her services. I normally don't use this type of app for finding help but I thank God I did and found my pups forever groomer ❤️❤️❤️
I STRONGLY recommend Melody and her services for your fur babies grooming needs. Trust me, I am impressed and so glad to have found an amazing person. Not to mention she came over ON SUNDAY!!! She's very flexible with her hours, easy to communicate with. She also took the time to discuss her process with me (my first time needing a groomer) and I asked of her opinion(s) on products to use as well. Melody was great at grooming my senior dog. She arrived right on time and spent 3 hours getting my old boy cleaned up. I plan on continuing to use her to keep him clean, trimmed and comfy.
