FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects professional, mobile service and includes travel to your location. Standard appointments typically begin at $75, with estate planning and multi-document signings commonly ranging from $150 to $250 depending on travel distance, number of notarizations, and appointment complexity. Same-day, evening, hospital, and long-distance appointments may involve additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by confirming the type of documents, number of signers, and appointment location. I then provide a clear quote and schedule a convenient time. At the appointment, I verify identification, ensure all documents are complete, and perform the notarizations professionally and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Arizona Notary Public and have extensive professional experience in legal document preparation and review. I previously worked in a law firm handling probate, litigation, and estate planning matters, where attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy were essential.
