My standard rate is $10 per notary act, plus a $40 travel fee for mobile service. Most signings run $60–$90 depending on the number of signatures. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards. There are no hidden fees — you'll always know your total before I arrive. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple. After you reach out, I confirm your document details, location, and preferred time. I come to you — home, office, hospital, or wherever works best. I verify your identity per Arizona law, witness your signature, and apply my official notary seal. Most appointments take 15–30 minutes. You'll have your notarized documents in hand before I leave.
