I charge based on Arizona state notary law, with added travel and convenience fees: $10 per notarized signature (AZ state max) Travel fees typically range from $25 to $45 depending on distance After-hours, weekends, or jail signings may include additional service charges I offer bundle discounts for 3 or more documents and discounts for seniors, veterans, and repeat clients. All pricing is disclosed up front—no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact: We confirm what kind of documents you need notarized Scheduling: You pick a time and location convenient for you Document check: I verify that all documents are ready and the signer has valid ID Appointment: I arrive on time, verify ID, witness signatures, and complete the notarial certificate Payment and receipt: I accept multiple payment methods and provide a receipt upon request

Commissioned Notary Public in Arizona Certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) Background-screened and bonded Completed training in: Arizona notary law Identity verification Jail and hospital notary procedures I also stay updated with ongoing training to stay compliant and efficient.
