Introduction: Other nutritionists do not rely upon what they see going on in the currect state of the blood. When you look into the blood, so much can be seen, such as inflammation, which is a huge part of disease. other information such as lymphatic congestion, candida, iron defficiency, nutritional defficiencies, parasites, mold, fungus (an advanced stage of candida (yeast), allergies, past illnesses, thyroid problems, digestive problems, brain fog, lethargy, etc. This gives a global picture of what is going on and you might spend literally hundreds or thousands of dollars getting all this information from the doctor or another nutritionist if they do other forms of testing. I love the look on people's face when they get to see what is inside their blood and gain an understanding of what to do to change their health at the blood level. Thgis is the most improtant thing.

Jennifer tested my blood three months ago. I had previously made many changes to clean up my diet but still was experiencing allergies, lack of energy, foggy thinking, depression and weight gain etc. I was surprised at the number of problems my blood reveled and was inspired to make changes to address those specific issues. The thing I noticed almost immediately was the change in my respiratory system. I've dealt with seasonal allergies all my life and although some times of the year were better than others have never been Kleenex-free...until now. I was also encouraged by the amount of energy I now have. The most surprising change involves my memory, I noticed I've been remembering things from my past....memories that I haven't thought about for years have been popping up in my mind seemingly out of the blue. I have put a lot of time, energy, and cash into implementing the suggestions Jennifer made after testing my blood but I am much happier addressing these issues through diet and supplements rather than pharmaceuticals.

I was feeling tired, my muscles ached all the time, I was forgetful, I felt like my brain was in a fog, and I always had mucus in the back of my throat. Jennifer looked at my blood under a special microscope and showed me what was causing these symptoms. She then set up a nutrition plan for me and now I have energy, I don't have mucus in the back of my throat any more, I am no longer unreasonably forgetful, the brainfog is gone, and when I stay on the nutrition plan, my muscles don't ache. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about what foods and supplements are helpful and which are detrimental and why. She has significantly turned my health around for the good and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Ten years ago my son Aaron received sensory integration therapy from Jennifer Hoffiz because of his ADHD. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 2 pricing options. The first is a sneek peek for someone who is curious but not fully committed. This is the least costly at only $99.00, I give people an hour consult with a look into their blood. I do no report but will give some suggestions on nutrition and a few supplements they can get started with. The second option is for someone who wants a more in depth look and answers. I give a full customized report including pictures of their blood and diet recommendations and full supplement suggestions. The reports are ususally approximately 20 pages long. This extensive report takes approximately 2 weeks to get after the test is taken and it costs $350.00.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work becasue I was a certified persoanl trainer and worked in Hong Kong with my own business when I got married. After that, I had my first 2 children and took my son to a microscopist and was absolutely amazed. During his recovery from Autism, I saw thins as an incredible tool to help his recovery as well as others. This is a piece of the health puzzle that shows a global perspective and can give people so many answers they may be looking for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I do not have a liscence because I am not liscenced. I am certified by AANC as a Certified Nutrition Consultant as well as NuScience International as a Certified Nutritional Microscopist. This is why I did not fill out the liscencing portion. I want people to know the difference.
