Worst personal trainer ever! Makes you work harder then you want/need to. Pushes you until you can’t do the exercise(s) anymore. Tells you, “you got this”, only to get you pumped up to do 9 more reps!... oh way this is what made me get to my BEST SELF 2019!!

Motorcycle and a garbage truck. 3 week coma and about $1 million in hardware. I refused to allow my ailments overcome my life. I made a change, through that traumatic experience I have developed a plan to change lives. I want to see people healed and set free through health and wellness. 💪
