Crystal first came by to meet our two cats and understand what we were asking for. We did 2 once-a-day-visits and one overnight. She was very, very attentive to them and gave them a lot of enrichment. She was very communicative and sent us several photos and videos of them, which we loved while we were away. She definitely knows cats.
