We could not ask for better service and communication than what we received from both Ken and Pamela when taking care of our 2 cats for an extended period.
Twice daily they were consistent with the feeding time, following our instructions and went above and beyond with other tasks we did not expect. They are the sweetest people and provided daily journal updates via the portal with pictures.
We will defiantly be using Pawfect Pet Sitter when the need arises in the future, and hopefully have Ken and Pamela again.

I am so pleased with the service I've received from the company. And, my dogs are thrilled to have their new walker - they adore her!!! Jeanne was so wonderful taking care of my 2 Shiba Inus. I felt worry free going out of town knowing Jeanne would provide the same love and attention I give my dogs. I highly recommend Jeanne!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the pet service you are requesting. If you are boarding or requesting service long term 14+ days or more, there is a discount. Please contact for more info.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with you and your pets for the first time, we will schedule a meet and greet to get to know you and your pets routine. This ensures that we are both a good fit for each other and the service needed. We are located all over the valley, and will match you up with one of our "Pawfect" pet sitters in the area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Amber Maus, has over 30 years of experience with different animals including exotics, including owning her own dog rescue. With her experience and knowledge of animals, she has passed on her experience and training to her team of pet professionals. She is also experienced with veterinary practice and our team of professionals have been trained to administer medications and insulin shots for diabetic dogs/cats.
