Photography costs $35 per hour at the event and also processing/editing/uploading photos. The total price is always given prior to the event.
For websites, a typical one will cost $150. The price may go up to $200 or $250, depending on how many pages and if a logo is needed. That price includes domain name registration and website hosting for the first year. After that, I bill $150 per year (for domain and hosting). Minor changes included (otherwise $35 hourly rate applies).
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the jobs I complete are small business website creation. A typical site will take me about 5-6 hours to finish.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask for live examples of websites that the potential client has done. Also ask what year each site was created.
