- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Photography costs $35 per hour at the event and also processing/editing/uploading photos. The total price is always given prior to the event. For websites, a typical one will cost $150. The price may go up to $200 or $250, depending on how many pages and if a logo is needed. That price includes domain name registration and website hosting for the first year. After that, I bill $150 per year (for domain and hosting). Minor changes included (otherwise $35 hourly rate applies).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Reading articles on web design is always helpful to stay up on the latest trends. Visiting message boards related to design or the software you use are also helpful.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Most of the jobs I complete are small business website creation. A typical site will take me about 5-6 hours to finish.
