- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not at all complicated. Can be hourly or flat. It depends on what is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a call or email. There may be a short Q&A about SPADES and what the customer is looking for. Then the training schedule is set and training occurs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning. It doesn't matter if its reading something, watching something, training in the field, physical or mental training. There is always something going on.
