Dave Degnan is the business lawyer that everyone should have as part of their team. Dave reviewed all of my leases and gave me help that make me confident signing this onerous document. Dave is a very thorough and knowledgeable attorney I have had the pleasure dealing with. I wouldn't want him to be on he other side.
