- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I'm A Solutions Advisor, each month ADT has a promotions for security alarm. My promotions are different from call center. They have their promotions to meet there quota. Where as I, I can do alot more. With the approval of manger.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask why they called ADT and what concerns they have. What's important to them, and then do a walk through of the home. We build a security system together, and I make recommendations that they may not see.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2017, I worked for Spectrum as a cable/internet technician. 2018, I became a security alarm technician for ADT, and then I went to Solutions Advisor. I know how to build a security alarm for clients, and each business and home is different. You're not just getting a Solutions Advisor, but you're also getting a technician who knows the in and out of ADT equipment and will show you how to use it.
