- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone or web-conference for us to understand your exact needs and your 1 MAIN GOAL. Then based on our conversation and once you meet our "Client Requirements", we provide a proposal with the detail deliverables, cost and turn-around time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) with over 20+ years of experience working in Computers Information Systems, Web Design, Systems Analysis, Digital Marketing , Local Marketing and Customer Lifetime Value Marketing, Referral Marketing and Viral Marketing. We're constantly researching digital market trends and innovating in the fields of digital marketing, video development, website optimization,alongside software integration to stay ahead of the Industry and to help clients maximize profits while providing solutions for every niche both online and local.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Because of my work experiences and lengthy education including a Bachelors and Masters in Marketing, Strategic Planning, Computer Information Systems, Project/Program Management and Business Management. I fully understood the issues and problems faced by all Business Owners. As a business owner myself. After working within several niches I realized that success can be created into a repeatable system with actionable processes. These systems only required slight modification based on the Goals, Audience and Offer. Therefore once implemented and maintained all businesses can become successful and profitable regardless if it is a startup or an existing business.
