I contacted Alamo and they had someone out the next day. The issue was quickly diagnosed, explained, was 100% fixed within an hr! They gave me a 2yr warranty @ the price was very very reasonable- They also graciously replaced all the drip irrigation heads because they were wonky. I hope I don't need them urgently again but if I do have issues I know they will be my 1st call.
