- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Personal Income taxes are $150 and up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the client fill out a questionnaire and return it along with their tax documents. We can then have a meeting, phone call, or email exchange. I prepare tax returns in order their paperwork is received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS in Accountancy. A Bachelor of Science In business Management Accounting Major. I am a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP) with the IRS, which requires 20 hours of Continuing Education a year. Plus 20 Years experience.
