I reached out at 8:30 PM about replacing my waterheater, and by 12:30 the next day, they were already on-site. The response time was incredible. He gave me a very fair price, and I expected a standard replacement—but what I got was a high-end, professional-grade unit (not something you find at Home Depot or Lowe’s), made in the USA.
The installation was clean, professional, and everything looks great. I highly recommend Orion WaterHeaters.
