Richard did an amazing job. Extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable and he did a wonderful job evaluating the situation and provided a clear understanding and explanation of what the repair options are. Based upon him being professional and clear in explaining the overall options of why each repair option is something to consider, I did recommend we move forward with the repairs. This will make the overall system from working harder than more efficient and keeping the overall system and ducts clean. The amazing thing is that they are coming out tomorrow and the next day finishing all repairs. Im so impressed. Thank you so very much for explaining everything and providing the options to move forward. I would recommend this company for all of your no nonsense review of your A/C system and heating system.

Excellent service and truly honest company!Way Cool Plumbing and Air was fantastic from start to finish! They were able to come out quickly, and their communication was superior. I received several notifications throughout the process, including an introduction to the technician with his picture, which made me feel comfortable knowing exactly who would be coming to my home.We initially thought our condensation pan was clogged, but after checking everything, the technician found that everything was working properly. What impressed me most was their honestythey didn't try to turn a no-job into a job. They also didn't try to sell us on anything else because we simply didn't need anything.That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Way Cool Plumbing and Air to anyone looking for a company they can trust. Great service, great communication, and, most importantly, an honest company!
