I contracted with Aero Land Surveyors on 1/30, with half down for a boundary survey on my home property. I was told the job would be done in 14-16 business days, and those days quickly came - and I had to reach out to the company to find out if someone was coming, with no response. Finally, someone showed up to my home on 2/13. That person sent me a text just about an hour before, letting me know they were coming - no notification from the company. They then came and spent about 2-3 hours at my home, not even completing the job. I contacted the company then to find when they would be coming back, and heard nothing. I was finally able to reach the owner, Craig, who is located in Florida. He apologized for the delay, but then told me that their main surveyor here died in his sleep on a job, and so they were backed up - he was going to get someone on that week to finish it all. Craig didn't even seem to know that the surveyor had already been to my home, based on the way he talked to me like nothing was done with my job. I was hesitant to believe, but said thanks. Well, the run-around continued, with more excuses coming from Craig - the same story regurgitated and continued. Please, don't make this mistake - cheaper is not the better choice.

Scheduled a service with them and they were initially super responsive. We paid, had the survey scheduled and no one showed or responded to us so we had to charge it back on our credit card. Super disappointing considering the responsiveness when we first scheduled.
