Marie is wonderful! She is very knowledgable and well worth the money. I have really wanted to get fit for awhile but was scared if hurting myself or doing things wrong. I found myself going in circles and inconsistently working out. Gave me the confidence to achieve my fitness goals. The hybrid program works awesome for me and my schedule too!

30 Minute free consultation and assessment: intake health assessment and goals, body composition, fitness/movement assessment. Once a plan is discussed, and session(s) purchased, we begin working on your personal program.
